WHERE IS MY PARCEL?
- For delivery via Singpost normal mail, please allow at least 3 working days from date of dispatch before contacting us. As there is no form of tracking, we are unable to advise the status of the parcel once parcels are mailed out. We will contact you if we receive any returned parcels.
- For delivery via Roadbull courier, please check the delivery status on Roadbull's website here.
- Please note that all requests for returns/exchanges for purchases made with discount codes will not be entertained.
- Store credit will be issued within 3 working days from date of receipt of your returned parcel. Please avoid dropping us multiple emails as it may add to the confusion as we are trying our best to process the returns requests as soon as we can.
