Local Shipping

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 2 working days upon receipt/verification of payment.
  • Due to size and weight constraints, your order may be split into separate parcels.
  • If your order includes backorder item(s), it will only be shipped once your backorder items arrive.

Please take note that delivery lead times are just an estimate and they do not include internal order processing time of 1-2 working days.

Note:
* No certificate of posting will be provided for Singpost Normal Mail option. There is a risk of lost mail. We will NOT be liable in such incident.
* If your parcel exceeds 2kg, only Local courier option will be available on the check out page.
** Free shipping is automatically given at check out page once the minimum spending (on regular priced items) is met. 
*** Please note that local courier is not available for restricted areas (e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps, Woodlands/Tuas Checkpoints), and island areas (e.g. Jurong Island, Sentosa, Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island, Lazarus Island). In the event which you have opted for local courier for such areas, the parcel will be mailed via Singpost registered mail.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may track your package with the tracking number which will be provided to you via email. You can also log in to your account to retrieve the tracking number.

 

RE-DELIVERY

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate information required for the the order to be efficiently processed. THE FLEUR LABEL will not be accountable for delays caused by incorrect shipping details provided.
  • Please ensure that mailing addresses provided at check out page is complete and accurate. THE FLEUR LABEL will not be held responsible for any missing parcels in the event that the address provided to us is incomplete or incorrect. Any returned parcel due to incomplete or incorrect mailing address will be charged an administrative handling and processing fee of SGD 5.00 per parcel before it can be re-delivered to the correct address. THE FLEUR LABEL will not be accountable for delays caused by incorrect shipping details provided.
  • For local courier delivery, if there is a 3rd failed delivery attempt, you may incur an additional delivery charge.
  • Please note an email will be sent to you should your parcel be returned. Parcels not collected after 2 weeks from date of notification from us will be disposed off without prior notice. Strictly no refunds will be made for such cases.
