1) All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 working days (except local courier delivery which will only be consolidated and shipped on Saturdays) upon receipt/verification of payment. Kindly ensure that shipping information is complete/correct during check out to avoid unnecessary delays.
2) We will not be liable for lost parcels sent via Singpost normal mail. Hence, Singpost registered mail or local courier delivery is highly recommended. For parcels sent via Singpost registered mail, delivery will be deemed to be completed as long as Singpost system reflects that parcel has been delivered. For local courier delivery, as long as there is proof from our courier partner showing that parcel has been delivered to the stipulated delivery address (either by way of digital signature or photo proof of parcels being left at certain locations at the instructions of recipient), the delivery will be deemed to be completed and we will not entertain any claims of lost/missing parcels. Kindly contact the respective service providers with regards to parcel related enquiries/matters once parcel has been dispatched from our office.
3) Due to size and weight constraints, your order may be split into separate parcels or combined into one parcel for mailing.
4) If your order includes backorder item(s), it will only be shipped once your backorder items arrive.

No certificate of posting will be provided for Singpost Normal Mail option. There is a risk of lost mail. We will NOT be liable in such incident.
* If your parcel exceeds 2kg, only local courier option will be available.
** Orders paid before Thursday 5pm will be dispatched on the same Saturday. Orders paid after Thursday 5pm will be dispatched the next Saturday. Local courier is not available for restricted areas (e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps, Woodlands/Tuas Checkpoints), and island areas (e.g. Jurong Island, Sentosa, Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island, Lazarus Island). In the event which you have opted for local courier for such areas, the parcel will be mailed via Singpost registered mail.
Tracking number will be updated in your user account once your parcel has been dispatched.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate information required for the the order to be efficiently processed. THE FLEUR LABEL will not be accountable for delays caused by incorrect shipping details provided.
- Please ensure that mailing addresses provided at check out page is complete and accurate. THE FLEUR LABEL will not be held responsible for any missing parcels in the event that the address provided to us is incomplete or incorrect. Any returned parcel due to incomplete or incorrect mailing address will be charged an administrative handling and processing fee of SGD 4.50 per parcel before it can be re-delivered to the correct address. THE FLEUR LABEL will not be accountable for delays caused by incorrect shipping details provided.
- For local courier delivery, if there is a 3rd failed delivery attempt, you may incur an additional delivery charge.
- Please note an email will be sent to you should your parcel be returned. Parcels not collected after 2 weeks from date of notification from us will be disposed off without prior notice. Strictly no refunds will be made for such cases.
