WHERE IS MY PARCEL?
- For delivery via Singpost normal mail, please allow at least 3 working days from date of dispatch before contacting us. Please note that there may be unexpected delays during festive periods or peak season (e.g. GSS) due to the increased volume of parcels Singpost has to handle. As there is no form of tracking for normal mails, we are unable to advise the status of the parcel once parcels are mailed out. We will contact you if we receive any returned parcels.

RETURN / STORE CREDIT
- Please note that all requests for returns for orders made with discount codes will not be entertained.
- Store credit will be issued within 7 calendar days from date of receipt of your returned parcel. We are trying our best to process the returns requests as soon as we can. As such, please avoid dropping us multiple emails as it will push your email further down.
