The following courier delivery lead times are an estimate and may be subjected to unforeseen delay.
Singapore $2.90 : 2 to 4 days
1) Delivery will be deemed completed as long as there is proof from our courier partner showing that parcel has been delivered to the stipulated delivery address (either by way of digital signature or photo proof of parcels being left at certain locations at the instructions of recipient), and we will not entertain any claims of lost/missing parcels. Kindly contact the respective service providers with regards to parcel related enquiries/matters once parcel has been dispatched from our office.
2) Local courier is not available for restricted areas (e.g. Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps, Woodlands/Tuas Checkpoints), and island areas (e.g. Jurong Island, Sentosa, Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island, Lazarus Island). In the event which you have opted for local courier for such areas, the parcel will be mailed via Singpost tracked mail.
1) If your parcel cannot be successfully delivered after 2 delivery attempts, it will be returned to us and we will have to arrange for a second courier delivery. In such situations, an additional shipping charge of S$4 will be imposed for the second courier delivery. As such, we recommend that you provide a valid contact number for the courier company to contact you during delivery/to arrange a re-delivery.
2) For returned parcel due to missed delivery, incomplete or incorrect mailing address, an additional shipping charge of $4 per parcel will be imposed before it can be shipped to the correct address.
3) Parcels not collected within 2 weeks from date of email notification from us will be disposed without prior notice. Strictly no refunds will be made for such cases.
All items sold are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Sale items are not eligible for first timer discounts or any other promotions or discount codes.
In the event we are unable to fulfil your order, a refund will automatically be made via your original payment mode. You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.

2) All personal information provided by our customers including but not limited to name, delivery address, email address, contact number, date of birth, cookies, IP logs, billing information will not be shared, sold or misused.
DATA USE / COLLECTION / MARKETING
1) Your personal data will be collected by us when you join our mailing list or when you purchase from us.
2) Your data will enable us to fulfill your order, to notify you about important functionality changes and for statistical or survey purposes to improve this Website and our services to you.
3) We will also email you from time to time about our new collections and details of promotions and special offers. If you do not wish to be contacted for these purposes, you may unsubscribe to the mailing list with the link provided at the bottom of those e-mails.
CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA
1) Being committed to maintaining your privacy, we will not sell your e-mail address, name, delivery address, contact information, payment method details or any other personal information to any third party without your permission.
2) We will only disclose your data upon governmental request, in response to a court order, or when required by law to do so. We may also share information with companies assisting in fraud protection or investigation. We do not provide information to these agencies or companies for marketing or commercial purposes.
