SG$3.50 delivery fee will apply for local orders (Singapore) of value below SG$50. Free delivery for all local orders (Singapore) above SG$60. All local deliveries will be completed via registered/ trackable postage. Packages are estimated to reach within one working week from shipping date.

For international deliveries, packages will also be sent via registered/ trackable postage. Delivery fees vary by region:

  • Malaysia: $15

  • Rest of the world: flat delivery fee of $30

For orders of $150 and above, the international delivery fee is waived.

International deliveries may require two working weeks from the shipping date to reach the destination. Actual shipping duration may take more than two weeks, depending on the distance of the destinated region(s) as well as other unforeseen factors. Please also note that customers are responsible for the payment of the relevant customs, import fees and/or taxes, where applicable, for the delivery to proceed smoothly.

Please ensure that your delivery address is updated and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delayed delivery. Re-delivery of packages (local/ international) is chargeable.

Exchange/ Refund Policy (General)

We reserve the right to accept or reject any request(s) for exchanges and/or refunds. If the issue(s) is validated, a one-for-one exchange of item will be facilitated if there is stock availability, or refund vouchers/codes equivalent to the purchase price will be sent to you via email. There is no cash refund for return orders and delivery fees (if any).

Eligibility of items for Exchange/ Refund

Should there be a defective item, delivery of an incorrect item or other issues with the item(s) you received, you may return the item(s) to us as well.

Items should be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their clothing tags intact. Packaging should be intact as well. 

For item exchange requests, the return of item should be done within 7 days from the date you received the items (local) and 30 days from shipping date (international). Please also use a tracked mode of delivery for your return of item(s), as we are not liable for any unreceived returns via a non-traceable mode of postage. Customers are liable for their own delivery fees.

Upon receiving your item(s), we will process the product exchange / refund (store discount code) accordingly. For item exchanges, if the items you requested are of the same value or lower than the item(s) that you had returned, no further cash top-ups are required from you. Should the value of desired item is higher, we will request for customers to make payment for the difference before mailing you the item(s).

Items purchased with discount codes are eligible for exchange unless stated otherwise in the promotions' terms. Items under the “Sales” category are not exchangeable and not refundable. 

If you have purchased our item(s) through a third party, these are not eligible for exchanges.
